Not sure how much Gilding Wax you need? Annie Sloan Gilding Wax has concentrated metallic colour for extended coverage – in every tube there’s enough wax to cover a standard dining room chair – approximately 1.7 square metres.
How to use Annie Sloan gilding wax
Annie Sloan Gilding Wax can be applied with a lint-free cloth or a brush. It is a finishing product, so should be applied after Clear Chalk Paint™ Wax.
To maintain your finish; clean with mild soapy water and a soft damp cloth.
Gilding results may vary depending on previous treatment of the surface being painted. Always test on a small area first. Gilding Wax is not recommended for areas with a lot of water. It is not suitable for outdoor use. Wash hands and brushes with warm water and soap immediately after use.
