Our terms of services for Unique Home Pieces.

Deliveries

Our Furniture pieces vary in size and weight it imperative that you contact us before purchase to ascertain delivery costs if required.


Local deliveries  can be arranged within a 50 mile radius of Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Please contact us for more details.

Furniture is transported by our trusted furniture couriers.  We deliver to mainland UK please message us with a postcode for an accurate quote before buying.

*Please note* some of our couriers work alone and may need help unloading larger items, if you need a two person team please let us know prior to purchase as an additional charge may apply.

Under normal conditions we aim to have your item delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. This is subject to your availability to receive the delivery and the couriers availability.

 

Measurements & Condition

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, measurements are for guidance only.

As with  antique, vintage, second hand and painted furniture, they may have small bumps, dings,  minor imperfections, small repairs or evidence of a past life which is to be expected.

It adds character to the piece and gives it a history and has its own story to tell, but all pieces are structurally sound and fit for purpose. we do not paint or sell items that have significant damage.

All pieces are painted by hand and therefore may show some slight imperfections in the finish such as brush strokes or slight variations in colour.

We use photography lighting in our photos to get the best representation of colour. If you are unsure we can send you  a painted  sample stick to show you the exact colour. this is subject to a small charge to cover postage.

Purchasing

Items will remain on sale  until paid in full and we will only hold items for a maximum of 30 days. After this time a storage charge will added. If items remain uncollected or undelivered for 3 months we they be put back up for sale.

Refunds

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please get in contact with us within 7 days of delivery and we will then instruct our courier to collect at a mutually agreeable time.


As we offer a bespoke delivery service for our large items the courier costs are non refundable.

The return courier costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the courier can be paid directly for any items returned. Should an item be returned damaged or having been used we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover the cost we incur in getting the item ready for resale.


If the packaging is damaged when you receive it please take photos of packaging before opening for proof of damage and sign the couriers form as damaged.

All packages are photographed by us prior to being picked up by courier. Please note no refund will be given without evidence or proof.
