Set of 4 Shield Back Mahogany Black Dining Chairs

Set of 4  vintage carved shield back Mahogany dining chairs, comprising of 2 carver and 2 side chairs.
The chairs were stripped back to the frame, cleaned and sanded. Whole new seat structure has been built by a professional upholsterer.

Painted in Autentico Versante Nocturnal Eggshell, and finished in Osmo oil adding lustre and essential protection and durability. Metallic Gold, highlights the hand carved detailing.
The outstanding feature of these chairs is the newly launched exotic oriental influenced material called ‘Lotus Cranes’ in Gold, by ‘Made by Murphy’ in association with ‘Stella Alexander’.
Be one of the first to own furniture incorporating the luxurious and opulent material, which is a fire retardant velvet depicting fauna in an oriental setting sun background with majestic Crane birds in the foreground.
