The design Is painted in Black, and the full piece was varnished in Satin varnish, just makes the walnut pop.
The hidden mirror cupboard has been gold leafed with a chandelier design painted on and given an aged patina.
The original hardware has been cleaned, painted and aged with black wax.
The drawer interiors have been revarnished and all interior wood has been oiled to feed and replenish the wood.
